Everyone should be tech-savvy!

It’s the 21st Century and you don’t need to have knowledge of coding to actually be tech savvy. Recently, on X (formerly Twitter), I’ve seen people find out the location and other important details of other individuals with the Information available on X (formerly Twitter) and some of them are not software developers.

I saw the movie Missing and I reckon more as to why everyone should be able to use the general applications on their phones to solve issues. A person’s phone has almost all the information you need to find out everything about them and if you then log on to their Google account, you get a better view of the perspectives you gleaned from their phones.

In the Movie, Missing, a girl’s mum is abducted and this only comes to bear through the girl’s further peaking to make sure that all the Is are dotted and the Ts are crossed.

Most of the investigative movies I’ve seen especially those that involve a missing person, I’ve come to see that most times, it’s the people with something to lose that go the extra mile. The detective is getting the work done by doing the most he can but a child who doesn’t want to lose her mother would stay up all night checking and tightening all loose ends.

This is just what happened in the movie and eventually helped the major character find her mum and also, her dad.

The movie definitely isn’t as linear as I just put it in words. It is a twist of emotions, love, hate, revenge, betrayal, and death but the most important factor in the movie is that the use of technology helped all the twists and turns become overt as they would have remained hidden, and the victim would have been blamed as the main suspect in the movie.

Also, having supportive friends cannot be overemphasized. Those you can have fun with and can come to your aid in time of need. From the movie, you would see that some humans can be genuinely kind and helpful with little or no strings attached.

Missing is definitely a movie worth seeing.
