Value is basically what you place premium on that is something of ‘worth’ to you. Value is intrinsic and inherent in every man either its being harnessed or not even recognised doesn’t negate the truth that value exists in every man.

Value system could either be personal or ethical. Personal value system might be consistent with societal values but not equivalent.

The community we live presents to us a ready planned out survey of our lives including the morality standard and other expectations to live by which sometimes could be inconsistent with our beliefs which would definitely affect your values.

The truth is what you believe affects what you accept and what you accepts directs and in a way dictates what you live by and the expectations we project thereby affecting manifestations.

Seeing people act in a particular pattern consistently overtly affects who and what you become if not totally but unknowingly in little ways you might not notice till the inconsistencies start showing up. So you are going to a place that’s not in any way organised, lacks administrative excellence, decorum among others; if intentional efforts aren’t put into your own development and growth then you would start seeing a little start of those traits in you.

This brings me to the environment you are in. First of, every environment you find yourself in is supposed to build and groom you into what you would or should turn out to be. Reason why a lot of people switch kids’ schools, country, place of work, etc.

Values are built through the processes a person has gone through which includes people one has met, knowledge acquired and prospect in life most times.

I’m not going to state that one gender or race has much more value than another but what i would is that everyone has value, and everyone has values that makes them embrace their value wholeheartedly or make them shy away from a particular value they possess.

The intent of the maker of an Android is that the value of the product be used maximally and so also for an Apple product. There also it is for man, your manufacturer made that value in you so you could embrace values that would make for its or their nurturing for full manifestation.

There’s the place of Personal will in that you can’t be coerced except on very few occasions to be who you are meant to be.

This brings me to the place of having Core Values. Anytime I’m checking the profile of a company or website and I see core values as second page I’m always very excited because the values that are core to you would dictate how much you would disseminate the value you possess. So they aren’t one of the other, one is the process or method while the other is the means to an end.

Everyone should have core values that should be known by heart. It can be coined into an acronym or however would aid easy remembrance and must be followed because they aren’t just about the person you are now but that person you see in your 10 years from now, 30 years from now.

So even as you gain Value added to you in skills and know how, add Values. They propagate and announce your value even to places you never thought of being heard.

Have Value and add Values to them.
